Little Miss Junior Miss Pageant is for five year olds and is coordinated by one of my good friends Betty Hill. So when she asked for me to design a logo for the pageant I jumped at the chance. I had some restrictions placed on me; she only wanted a grayscale color theme. For the logo, I created a vector of a crown and positioned the title in the crown. I used this logo to create collateral for the pageant. Keeping with the theme, I designed a cluster of stars that were consistent throughout the whole brand. Though I could not use any colors I still managed to keep the whimsical essence of pageant in the logo.
