Final Project

This web site was my final project where I demonstrated my experience as a web developer. I needed to use all my skills that I had learned to create a website for a fictional company. The company that I chose is Beading Temptations, a bead and jewelry e-commerce store. I went through the process of searching for the TLD and SLD through online registrars like whois.net and register.com, and I chose beadingtemptations.com. To keep the site looking consistent I picked a three color theme and used it throughout the site. A split complementary color scheme provided the sense of artistic invention. HTML, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript was used to code the site. During the entire project, I had to write weekly reports telling of my developmental progress of the site. This project gave me the ability to learn more of the technical languages and in the course of all testing and debugging the site sharpened my skills as a web developer.
